These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the services we offer, including custom garment manufacturing for Men’s Wear, Women’s Wear, and Kids Wear. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. COMPANY OVERVIEW

MINNAT GLOBAL EXIM is a garment manufacturing company based in New Delhi, India. We specialize in creating high-quality, customized clothing for businesses, start-ups, and private labels. We provide OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services.

3. CUSTOMERS / BUYERS ORDER POLICY

3.1 ORDER REQUIREMENTS

3.2 ORDER CONFIRMATION

• Orders are confirmed only upon:
• Receipt of all design and production details in writing
• Approval of the sample (if applicable)
• Receipt of advance payment

3.3 Production Timelines

Production timelines will be communicated after order confirmation. Typical production time ranges between 55–60 business days, depending on order volume and complexity.

4. GARMENT PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS POLICY

4.1 GARMENTS PRICE QUOTATION

All prices are quoted based on the provided specifications and current raw material costs. Prices may vary if specifications or market conditions change.

4.2 PAYMENT TERMS POLICY

A. 50% ADVANCE PAYMENT TERMS POLICY

1. In this case, all types of fabrics, trims, and packing materials will be provided by the buyer for the making of garments.
2. The buyer must pay 50% advance for production, and the remaining 50% payment must be made before the shipment is ready.
3. All shipments will remain on hold until full and final payment is received from the buyer.
4. After receiving all fabrics, trims, and packing materials from the buyer, production time is 55 to 60 working days. If the garment is delayed in finishing, an additional 6 to 7 working days will be given as a grace period.
5. If the buyer delays in providing any fabrics, trims, or packing materials, the production time will be extended accordingly.
6. Once the payment is made, production starts. In this case, the factory will not refund the payment, and the buyer must accept and pay for the entire order.
7. Garments will be made within acceptable measurement tolerances. The quantity or ratio may vary slightly (+/-) based on averages.
8. All goods will be inspected and checked by the buyer's representative.
9. All goods will be delivered from Monday to Friday. No deliveries will be made on Saturdays and Sundays.
10. The buyer must bear the delivery charges. The factory will not pay for the delivery of the goods.
11. Any minor alteration required in the garment must be reported to us the next day after delivery.
12. We are not responsible for any complaints after garments are washed.
13. Once goods are delivered to the buyer, we are not responsible for any complaints.
14. All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.

B. 80% ADVANCE PAYMENT TERMS POLICY

1. In this case, all types of fabrics, trims, and packing materials will be provided by the factory for the making of garments.
2. The buyer must pay 80% advance for fabric, trims, and production of garments, and the remaining 20% must be paid before the shipment is ready.
3. All shipments will remain on hold until full and final payment is received from the buyer.
4. After receiving all types of fabrics, trims, and packing materials from our vendors or suppliers, the production time is 55 to 60 working days. If the garment is delayed in finishing, an additional 6 to 7 working days will be allowed as a grace period.
5. If there is any delay in receiving fabric, trims, or packing materials from vendors or suppliers, the production time will be extended accordingly.
6. Once payment is made, production starts. In such cases, the factory will not refund any payment, and the buyer must pay for the full order and accept the goods.
7. Garments will be produced within measurement tolerances. The quantity or ratio may vary slightly (+/-) based on averages.

10. The buyer is responsible for paying the delivery charges. The factory will not cover any delivery costs.
11. Notification of any minor garment alterations must be made the next day after delivery.
12. We are not responsible for any complaints arising after the garments have been washed.
13. Once goods are delivered to the buyer, the factory is not responsible for any complaints.
14. All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

5.1 Domestic & International Shipping

We ship both within India and internationally. Shipping costs will be communicated based on delivery location and courier rates.

5.2 Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times will be provided after order confirmation. Delays due to logistics, customs, or other external factors are not our responsibility.

5.3 Risk of Loss

All products are checked before dispatch. Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the courier.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

All shared information, designs, or trade secrets will be kept strictly confidential unless written consent is provided.

7. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

MINNAT GLOBAL EXIM may update or modify these Terms without notice. Users should review the Terms regularly.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of New Delhi, India.
